Hoboken is our Hudson County anchor. Brownstones, condo turnovers, and light commercial cleaning along Washington Street and the waterfront office corridor make up most of the work here.

About Hoboken, and how we work here

Hoboken is exactly one square mile and it is one of the most walkable and densely populated cities in the country. The residential stock is dominated by brownstones and the four- to six-unit walk-ups that sit alongside them, plus a growing inventory of mid-rise condo and rental buildings near the waterfront and the light rail. Washington Street runs the length of the town as the main commercial spine, with restaurants, retail, and small offices tightly packed on both sides.

What we spend most of our time on in Hoboken

Brownstone unit turnovers, condo mid-rise common areas, and retail janitorial along Washington Street lead the schedule. Restaurant work along Washington Street is heavy-duty only: post-construction cleanups after buildouts and periodic seasonal deep cleans, not nightly close-down service. Deep cleans and move-in cleans move at a high monthly volume because Hoboken has one of the fastest resident turnover rates in the region.

Route and scheduling notes

Parking and truck access in Hoboken is a real operational factor. We schedule around commercial loading windows and hold the same crew on Hoboken accounts long-term so they know each building's access points.
