Three moments in the year drive most of the seasonal calls we get: spring cleaning after a Bergen County winter, a fall reset before the holidays, and holiday home preparation in the weeks before guests arrive. All three are the same service on our end. It is our residential heavy-duty deep clean, put on the calendar around what the season needs.
Spring cleaning
The winter reset. Salt tracked in, radiators dusty, windows sealed for months. We take the whole house down to the surface, wash interior windows and tracks, hand-wipe baseboards and vents, and get the floors back to a warm-weather baseline. Book it once and the house feels lighter for the spring.
Fall reset
Windows and screens open all summer, doors held wide for the pool and the yard, seasonal dust in every corner. The fall reset closes the house down for the colder months and clears the way for holiday hosting. Most standing clients book their fall reset the same week every year.
Holiday home preparation
The one before company arrives. Kitchen down to the surface including inside appliances and range hood filters. Guest bathrooms scrubbed grout up. Common areas dusted top-down. Book two to three weeks out so we can hold your date on our holiday schedule.
