Recurring janitorial is what fills our route sheet every night. The client wants a building that is quietly ready every morning. We build a written scope with them, assign a lead, and hold that same crew standard week after week.
What is included
- Trash, recycling, and liner replacement to spec
- Restrooms cleaned and stocked per shift, with a written checklist
- Floor care by surface: sweep, damp mop, vacuum, or spot-treat as scoped
- High-touch surface disinfection on published cadence
- Break rooms and shared kitchens reset
- Glass, entry, and lobby detail before open

Scope note
Recurring janitorial does not include nightly restaurant close-down service. Restaurant work is heavy-duty only: post-construction cleanups on new and renovated buildouts and periodic seasonal deep cleans, quoted on our Post-Construction Cleanup and Seasonal Commercial Resets service lines.
How we quote it
Every recurring account gets a written scope, a route lead, and a monthly walk-through with a Zimick owner. If the standard slips, we hear about it and we fix it.
