Seasonal Commercial Resets
Semi-annual and annual heavy-duty facility deep cleans.
A seasonal reset is the deep clean a nightly janitorial route cannot do. We scope it once a year, or twice a year for higher-traffic facilities, and run it after-hours or over a weekend so the building opens Monday reset.

- Floor strip and refinish on hard surfaces
- Deep steam cleaning on carpet, upholstery, tile and grout in lanes and offices
- High dusting on ductwork, lights, and ceiling surfaces
- Full restroom deep clean including grout and fixtures

Scope note
Restaurants use this service line for periodic heavy-duty deep cleans, scheduled semi-annually or annually and run after-hours or on a closed day. We do not run nightly restaurant close-down service.
How we quote it
Scope, schedule, and price are agreed before the reset week. The building manager gets a photo report the morning after we finish.
