Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Zimick Brothers Cleaning Service LLC. "You" and "your" mean the person or business using this website or the services we describe on it.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, submitting one of our forms, requesting an estimate, or opting in to email or text messages from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or send us your information through it.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form on this website, to request services from Zimick Brothers Cleaning Service, or to opt in to receive email or text messages from us. By submitting a form or opting in to messages, you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have received information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

What this website is

This website exists so that homeowners, property managers, and building owners can learn what we do, request an estimate, download our facility checklist, and see the supplies our crews use. The information on the site is meant to help you understand our services. It is not a binding quote and it is not a promise that we can take on your specific job.

A binding quote happens only after we walk your building or property, understand the scope, and put a written number in front of you.

Text messages (SMS)

Some of our website forms let you opt in to receive text messages from Zimick Brothers Cleaning Service. When you tick that consent checkbox and submit the form, you are agreeing to receive marketing and service-related text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. This may include the supplies-list access link, occasional seasonal service reminders, appointment confirmations, and periodic promotions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and you are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to work with us.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text from us at any time. We will stop sending you marketing texts. Reply HELP to any text from us and we will send you the office contact information. You can also email info@zimickbrotherscleaning.com or call (201) 569-5130 and ask us to remove your number.

Supported carriers. Our text messages are sent through HighLevel using Twilio as the underlying carrier. Delivery is supported on all major US mobile carriers, but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Email communications

If you tick the email marketing box on any of our forms, we may send you occasional emails about seasonal services and offers. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Emails we send you about a specific job you already asked us to do (estimates, appointment confirmations, invoices) are transactional and are sent regardless of whether you ticked the marketing box, because they are part of doing the work you asked us to do.

Estimates and pricing on the website

Any prices, ranges, package descriptions, or service scopes shown on this website are for reference only. The price you actually pay is the number we put in writing after we have looked at your specific job. Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept by submitting a form.

Intellectual property

The Zimick Brothers Cleaning Service name, our red script logo, our written content, and the photography we took of our own crews and equipment are ours. You may not copy them onto another website or use them in advertising without our written permission. If you want to reference us in a legitimate way (a news article, a customer case study, a public procurement document), just email us and we will usually say yes.

What we do not warrant

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or online at every moment. The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the content and information published on this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about this website or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts sitting in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you agree to that venue.

If we change these terms materially we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the website after we post an update means you agree to the updated terms.
